About the Role Veritas Education Leeds is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our supply team as Unqualified Early Years Practitioners in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in childcare but without formal qualifications, who is passionate about supporting young children and thrives in busy nursery environments.

You'll provide essential support to nursery teams, ensuring continuity of care and learning for children aged 0-5. Every day will be different, giving you the chance to gain valuable experience across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nursery teams in delivering high-quality care and play-based learning
  • Step in confidently to cover staff absences and maintain smooth operations
  • Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities that support development
  • Build positive relationships with staff, children, and parents
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children (nursery, preschool, or childcare setting)
  • Confidence working with children aged 0-5
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm for supporting different settings
  • Passion for child development and early years learning
