Job Advertisement: Full-Time Level 3 Practitioner
Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready to inspire and nurture young minds? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's development and learning.Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, get messy, and enjoy the outdoors.Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive nursery community.Sing, play, and actively participate in children's daily activities, creating memorable and enjoyable experiences.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and development.Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.Passion for childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.Willingness to sing, get messy, and engage in outdoor activities with enthusiasm.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days.Access to a car is preferred but not essential.Benefits:
