Position: Montessori Preschool TeacherLocation: Montessori Nursery, LeedsHours: Full-time

My clinet is a vibrant and nurturing Montessori nursery based in Leeds, dedicated to fostering a love of learning in young children. Their approach is rooted in the Montessori philosophy, where we value each child's individuality and encourage independence, creativity, and confidence.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a fun and innovative Montessori Teacher who is excited about creating engaging learning experiences for our preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bring fresh ideas to the classroom, develop creative activities, and inspire a love of learning in each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement Montessori-based curriculum and activities
  • Create a warm, positive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Observe and assess each child's development and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to ensure the best care and education for each child
  • Encourage independence, self-confidence, and critical thinking in the children

    • Requirements:

  • Montessori teaching qualification (essential)
  • Experience teaching within a Montessori setting (preferred)
  • A passion for early years education and child development
  • Creative, fun-loving, and energetic approach to teaching
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
