Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a difference in a nurturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our new nursery in Ripon, specifically in our Baby Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to babies, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Implement the Montessori approach, encouraging independence and exploration.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through engaging activities.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to create a welcoming atmosphere for children and families.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.

    • Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a Baby Room setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy is preferred, but training can be provided.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
