We are seeking experienced energetic applicants who are committed to ensuring that every student’s holistic development is foregrounded and that every student is comprehensively informed, advised and equipped to for their learning journey at Sophia College.
The Middle Leaders (LIFE Companion Pathways and Mentoring) is responsible for positively impacting student performance and engagement.
The successful applicants will also be responsible for ensuring all students are engaged in a cohesive careers and mentoring education that incorporate transitioning through the various phases of learning and pathways.
Working with students, parents and staff to enhance student engagement, gathering and analysing data and developing enrichment programs are essential elements of this role.

- Proven organisational skills
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.
At BCE our teachers are required to:
- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

If this role does not require you to teach Religious Education, you do not need to be Catholic.
