About this job

This Fixed Term role commencing June 2026 works collaboratively across Seymour College providing you with the opportunity to be constantly engaged, busy and challenged. The role works 8.00am to 4.00pm daily for 44 weeks of the year. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service to students, parents and families, and the College community via phone face to face and electronically.
  • Resolving student, parent and broader community enquiries and triaging requests.
  • Maintaining accurate information within systems relating to excursions, incursions and other events.
  • Coordination of parent/teacher interviews.
  • Act as a Designated First Aid officer.
  • Facilitating student sign in and out.
  • Coordinating student absentee systems and record keeping
  • Providing administrative support to the Deputy Principals including calendar management, room bookings, meeting set up, collating reports, etc.

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or PA role that has busy front interactions with customer.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating resources, meetings, processes and projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience with MS Suite and a strong ability to learn new platforms, navigate systems and identify enhancements.   
  • Very strong organisational skills, integrity, confidentiality and a focus on delivering outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience building highly effective and trusting relationships with stakeholders and working effectively as a part of a team
  • A current South Australian Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012), and RRHAN-EC Fundamentals and Masterclass training.
