Veritas Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to work in a range of secondary schools across East Lancashire for the upcoming academic term. We have a variety of opportunities available, from short-term cover assignments to long-term placements, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Teach French, Spanish and/or German, depending on your specialism
  • Plan, prepare and assess student work where required
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students in developing their language skills and cultural understanding
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

    • We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching MFL within a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
