Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning across KS3-KS4 within the Maths departmentWork with students of mixed abilities, including high attainers and those requiring additional supportDeliver 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions to reinforce key conceptsAssist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging Maths lessonsHelp create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environmentWe are looking for someone who is:
A Maths graduate (or a similar numerically‑strong degree discipline)Confident with numeracy and analytical thinkingExperienced working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching - all welcome)Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student progressAn excellent communicator with strong organisation skillsPassionate about education - ideal for anyone considering a PGCE or teacher training
