Are you a passionate Maths specialist looking for a new challenge from January 2027?

Veritas Education are working in partnership with a successful mixed 11-16 secondary school in Marske-by-the-Sea, seeking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher for a long-term supply position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department and make a genuine impact on students' progress and attainment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning and marking where required, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ideally specialising in Mathematics
  • Confident delivering Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Committed to raising achievement and inspiring young people

    • The school would particularly welcome applications from qualified Maths teachers, although candidates with substantial experience covering or teaching Maths lessons at secondary level will also be considered.
