About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will lead the school's marketing, branding and community engagement portfolio, ensuring all communication:

  • Reflects a strong, cohesive school identity
  • Promotes the quality of teaching, learning and opportunity
  • Actively supports in-catchment enrolment growth and community confidence

You Will Oversee:

  • Social media strategy and content creation
  • Major school events and promotional activities
  • Branding and visual identity across all platforms
  • Community partnerships and stakeholder engagement
  • Development of high-quality communication materials

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and delivering a strategic, multi-channel marketing approach that promotes Robina SHS to current and future families
  • Leading the planning and execution of signature events (e.g. Open Days, information evenings, community engagement initiatives)
  • Creating high-quality, visually engaging content across digital and print platforms
  • Managing and elevating the school's social media presence to ensure it is purposeful, professional and impactful
  • Building strong relationships with local businesses, community groups and industry partners
  • Ensuring all communication is accurate, polished, and aligned to the school's brand and expectations
  • Supporting the Principal and Executive Leadership Team in promoting key initiatives and priorities

What We're Looking For:

  • Has a strong eye for design, branding and visual communication
  • Can move beyond information-sharing to strategic marketing and storytelling
  • Writes with clarity, professionalism and audience awareness
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail—all work is proofed and publication-ready
  • Is proactive, takes ownership, and is confident working in a fast-paced school environment
  • Can build genuine relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community
  • Experience in education is an advantage, but not essential.
