Key responsibilities include

As the Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Oversight of Student Support Requests intake, triage, process, meeting agenda, data, reviews and reporting.
  • Quality assurance of follow-up and case management practices, including identifying opportunities to improve processes and approaches.
  • Leading Student Support Requests meetings including coordination of any follow-up or actions from meetings.
  • Liaising with schools, across directorships and external agencies with respect to Student Support Requests.
  • Providing leadership, management and support to administrative and other staff involved in Student Support Requests processes.
  • Providing capability development, modelling and coaching for effective individual student case management.
  • Lead the initiation and implementation of efficient review and case-closure systems and processes for assigned Student Support Requests to ensure timely and consistent outcomes.
  • This position will also provide strategic oversight and proactive support to Metro South FlexiSpaces.
