We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Manager, Digital Transformation and Strategic Advisor to join our Information and Technology leadership team at Brisbane Catholic Education. As we continue to evolve and adapt in a rapidly changing digital landscape, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance our operations and better serve our staff and student in an educational setting.


About the role:
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Management Team and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic priorities across BCE.
  • Lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams.
  • Implement significant programs of work spanning across BCE, adhering to approved frameworks, industry best practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with organisational direction and requirements.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of emerging technologies and digital solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
  • Relevant tertiary education and/or experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience connecting the operations, directions, strategic priorities, and the functional interdependencies of a complex organisation.
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant project management or organisational change qualifications and/or demonstrated experience working on IT programs, with experience in change management. 
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI and PowerPoint. Experience with Co-pilot is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker and innovator with the ability to solve complex problems.
