We are seeking a Library Aide (3 days) and general classroom support (2 days) to undertake a variety of tasks within our school Library.
You will assist with library activities and provide information services to students across all year levels and school staff.
Duties include:
- facilitating circulation of resources
- maintaining equipment and materials
- providing administration support
- assisting teachers and students
- and associated library tasks.
You will display an understanding of the work of a library or resource centre with experience and knowledge in the use of technology; proven communication and interpersonal skills; a sound knowledge of audio-visual equipment is highly desirable.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
