We are working with a fantastic primary school in Blackpool that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across the classroom to enhance their learning and development.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
  • Provide support to individuals and small groups of pupils.
  • Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and achievement.
  • Support children with varying learning needs where required.

    ✅ Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

    ✅ Has previous experience working within a primary school setting

    ✅ Has a positive and proactive attitude

    ✅ Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills

    ✅ Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
