About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our supply team in Headingley. This is a great opportunity if you want flexible work, variety in your week, and the chance to support high‑quality nursery settings without the pressure of a permanent role.

Whether you're newly qualified and looking to build experience, or a senior practitioner wanting more control over your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS

  • Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment

  • Working alongside nursery teams to deliver high‑quality care

  • Following routines, safeguarding procedures and setting policies

  • Building positive relationships with children, staff and families

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting

  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach

  • Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

  • Reliability and confidence working in different settings
