    • Our client, a small family-run nursery in Farnley, Leeds (LS12), is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their busy team. If you love working with children aged 2-3 years and want a rewarding role with a great work-life balance, this could be the perfect fit!

    About the Role: In this role, you'll be working directly with children aged 2-3 years, ensuring they receive high-quality care and learning experiences in a safe and engaging environment. The nursery operates two busy sessions daily, so you'll need to be hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through structured activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of each day.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the nursery by using your initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow all nursery policies, including safeguarding and health & safety.

    • Nice to have Requirements:

  • A valid DBS check (subscribed to the update service is ideal).
  • Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene certificates (our client can offer training for these, but you'll need to complete them in your own time).

    • Must have

  • Experience working with children aged 2-3 years in a nursery or Early Years setting.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Punctuality / reliability
  • Level 3 or equivalent
