Lesson Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Bradford)

Veritas Education are currently recruiting a number of Lesson Supervisors to join our secondary supply staffing team across the Bradford area. We work in partnership with a variety of schools and multi-academy trusts across the city who require reliable, confident staff to support with regular day‑to‑day cover.

The Role

As a Lesson Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre‑planned and pre‑set work in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring all resources, seating plans and instructions are followed.
  • Support students to stay on task and complete as much work as possible throughout the lesson.
  • Manage classroom behaviour, set clear expectations, and follow the school's behaviour policies when required.
  • Ensure the classroom is left tidy, organised and ready for the next lesson or the returning teacher.
