Learning Support Assistant and Intervention Practitioner Pay: £110+ a day Full-time/ Term Time onlyColchester, Essex
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant & Intervention Practitioner to join our team. This role is vital in supporting students with their learning needs and delivering targeted interventions to help them achieve their full potential.
Learning Support Assistant and Intervention Practitioner Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs. * Deliver structured intervention programs to improve literacy, numeracy, and social skills. * Assist teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment. * Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SENCO and teaching staff. * Support students during lessons and in other school activities.Learning Support Assistant and Intervention Practitioner Requirements:* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) - as travel between sites may be required. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.* Enhanced DBS.
