Learning Support Assistant Pay: £100-£115 per dayFull-time/ Term Time onlyRomford

We are seeking a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping students reach their full potential-academically, socially, and emotionally.

Learning Support Assistant Role:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons* Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs* Promote positive behaviour and help build students' confidence and independence* Support students with social and emotional development* Contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment and Secondary SEN experience

Learning Support Assistant Requirements:

* A calm, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)* A genuine passion for inclusive education and child development* Enhances DBS on the update service.
