Learning Support Assistant - Kensington - All Boys' Catholic Secondary School

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our supportive team at a well-established all-boys Catholic secondary school in Kensington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the academic and personal development of students with diverse learning needs.

    • What we're looking for:

  • Strong SEN and secondary experience supporting students with a range of learning needs
  • A proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
  • A degree in Science, Maths or Psychology (or related field) is essential
  • Experience supporting differentiation and implementing learning strategies effectively
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
