This is a great opportunity for a Learning Inclusion Coordinator to join our team at Trinity College North.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced educator to join a dedicated educational team in a role of significance. The Learning Inclusion Coordinator will focus on working collaboratively with School Leadership Teams and staff to deliver the vision of the College, develop the quality of teaching and learning and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and other related stakeholders.

The position start date may be a negotiated start towards the end of this term.
This position also attracts a POR1 allowance ($4,321) together with the applicants Teacher step.

- Experience and expertise in teaching and education, including what you value in a good education and your leadership style and experience.
- Knowledge of contemporary teaching pedagogy and assessment practices.
- Commitment to and understanding of Christian education.
- Skills and ability to contribute to the co-curricular programme
- A complete cv detailing your full work history (including TRT contracts), including 2 referees and their current contact details (please notify your referees and provide them with a copy of your application/cv for confirmation)

- You will be asked to answer a video question as part of the application process [question - please provide the panel with your demonstrated experience in working with neurodivergent and high needs students and your experience in the completion of supportive student adjustment plans].

We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated individual with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in working with students with neurodiverse needs, tracking and monitoring student data and creating Student Adjustment Plans is required particularly in a Middle School setting (Yr 7-10). This position will have a negotiated start date with the successful applicant to allow lead in time and support for an anticipated start date in Term 3.
