- Capacity to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners through varied teaching strategies and evidence-based pedagogical practices
- A willingness to be involved in the extracurricular life of the College
- The ability to teach Religious Education is an advantage
Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
