The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons for children in Years 1 and 2. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that our curriculum is exciting, accessible, and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 students in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
  • Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

    • About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential).
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the classroom.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
