About the Role:
As the Knowledge Leader you will:
- Lead, research and coordinate knowledge management processes across the Branch to ensure optimum operational effectiveness, efficiency and compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM) standards.
- Implement and maintain with IT Service Management (ITSM) policies and procedures in line with knowledge management best practice and methodologies such as Knowledge Centred Support (KCS) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- You will ensure compliance with standards, identify improvement areas, and provide coaching and training to staff.
- You will research and investigate new technologies and solutions to enhance the knowledge base and improve business outcomes.
- Additionally, you will provide expert advice to branch staff on knowledge management processes and develop reports on service quality and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading knowledge management processes in a similar environment. (Nice to have: ITIL v3 or v4 foundations.)
