Science Teacher - Burnley (4‑Week Temp, Potential Extension)

Veritas Education are looking for a Science Teacher to cover a 4‑week temporary role (with potential to extend) at a secondary school in the Burnley area. You will teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across KS3 and KS4.

Role Overview

  • Deliver engaging lessons in all three sciences
  • Teach KS3 & KS4 following the national curriculum
  • Plan, mark, and assess student work
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

    • Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent - Qualified teacher Status
  • Strong subject knowledge across all sciences
  • Experience teaching KS3/KS4
  • Good behaviour management skills
