The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team in East Lancashire. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexibility regarding the year group placement, based on the strengths and preferences of the successful teacher. Whether you have experience teaching Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, or Year 6, we are open to discussing the best fit for you and your professional development. The ideal teacher will be passionate about making a positive impact on the education and well-being of students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and share resources
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events
  • About You:We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 or a strong understanding of this age group
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is committed to providing a high standard of education and fostering a love of learning
  • Can be flexible and adapt to different year groups as needed
  • Is passionate about working with children and contributing to their academic and personal development
