Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to developing the potential of each child, providing engaging lessons, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and initiatives.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and early years development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
