Your Role

As an IT Technical Specialist within the STANS team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining best practices in ICT service delivery and support. They will leverage their strong coordination and communication skills to assist in operational responses to emerging needs, conduct in-depth problem analysis, and educate end-users to ensure the integrity of departmental ICT services.

Furthermore, the role will involve collaborating with leadership groups and other teams to support the delivery of technical and business services, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of IT infrastructure within Queensland State Schools.

About You

As a member of the Systems, Technical, and Network Support (STANS) team at SWISD, the ideal candidate must embody a passion for staying current with cutting-edge technologies and trends in the IT industry. They should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence in ICT service delivery. Additionally, the right fit for this role should have a collaborative spirit, be adaptable to emerging needs, and possess a drive for continuous improvement and learning within the dynamic IT landscape.
