About the Role: As an ICT Teacher at Veritas Education, you will play a crucial role in developing students' skills and knowledge in Information Technology. You'll teach a wide range of topics, from basic IT concepts to advanced computing and coding, ensuring that each student is equipped for the digital future.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging ICT lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing practical skills in coding, programming, and software applications.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create and implement innovative teaching methods.

    • Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
  • A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the ICT curriculum and passion for teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience teaching ICT at a high school level is preferred.
