Full Time: Temporary Contract

Start- September 2026 - Until February 2027

I am recruiting for a primary school based in Pendle looking for an experience Year 5/6 teacher to cover interventions.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching across higher Key Stage 2 classes and have experience covering SATS Boosters and reading and writing intervention sessions.

This is a part time role starting in September covering 4 days a week. (school can be flexible on days)

The school have asked for a teacher who has strong recent curriculum knowledge of year 5.

  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Have high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
