Your Role:
As the International Support Officer, Recruitment - International Student Programs Unit, you will:
- Provide administrative, financial and project/ event management services to support the activities of the team within DE International.
- Undertake a variety of projects to support the team in achieving annual student enrolment/ revenue targets and other business outcomes.
The International Support Officer reports to the relevant Manager within DE International and will support key activities and projects to the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Access and operate administrative, and technical databases, process invoices and prepare associated reports.
- Administer the flow of internal and outgoing communication including enquiries/ requests from international agents/ parents/ students via the generic inbox.
- Support preparations for events (face-to-face or virtual), projects or activities, such as agendas, catering, minutes, and logistic arrangements.
- Provide administrative support on executing promotional events/ campaigns via virtual and/or social media platforms.
- Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
About You:
- Skills in a second language other than English is desirable but not essential
