About the Role
Centenary State High School is seeking an International Student Coordinator to provide essential support for international students, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing student enrolments, timetables, textbooks, and support materials.
- Maintaining accurate student records, including health cover, visas, attendance, and fees.
- Developing systems for tracking absences and sharing academic reports with parents and DE International.
- Building strong communication links with students, parents, host families, and DE International staff.
- Coordinating orientation programs and supporting student integration into the school and community.
- Monitoring student welfare, visa compliance, and facilitating access to support services.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Hosting and coordinating study tours to provide enriching educational experiences for international visitors.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
