About Us
The team manages the planning and delivery of maintenance and related programs for schools, early childhood education and care centres and staff housing. We are committed to continuous improvement through the various maintenance related functions and also support ongoing professional development of team members, which will ultimately enable us to provide an optimal service to our clients.
About the Role
As the Infrastructure Services Officer, you will have responsibility for, but not limited to,
- Support the planning and delivery of maintenance programs to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget, and to stakeholders' expectations.
- Assist with the preparation, analysis and presentation of data to ensure regular and accurate reporting on program related activities.
- Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing policies, guidelines and procedures related to infrastructure planning, asset management or project activities.
- Manage operational issues to ensure outcomes and timelines are met.
- Provide secretariat support to support project or program governance.
- Prepare Ministerial and general correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions on project related matters and undertake record management activities for the work team.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of the work team.
- Provide professional input into continuous improvement activities.
About You

- You're conscientious - you pay attention to detail, display drive for continuous business efficiencies and improvements; and are committed to meeting timeframes and customer service standards.
- You're motivated - you understand contemporary infrastructure and asset management principles and practices and have confident communication skills to provide professional advice relevant to the tasks at hand across a variety of audiences.
Although not mandatory, experience in using the SAP systems will be advantageous.
