About the Role

As the Industry Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the School Based Apprenticeship program and fostering strong partnerships with businesses and industry groups to create opportunities for students. Reporting to the Principal or a nominated delegate, you will help students transition into employment and vocational training pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing Australian School Based Apprenticeships (ASBA) opportunities and promoting them as career pathways for students.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with employers, training providers, and apprenticeship support agencies.
  • Managing the work experience placement program, including monitoring students in the workplace and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with schools, government, industry, and community groups to build productive partnerships.
  • Providing regular updates on program outcomes and contributing to marketing and communication strategies.
