St Patrick's is a Parish Co-educational Secondary College of approximately 490 students in Gympie. Gympie is located approximately 40 minutes from the Sunshine Coast. About you - The ICT Coordinator will hold suitable qualifications as per the attached Role Description and will possess a variety of experience with network and technology systems. You will collaboratively provide a high level of support and assistance to both staff and students as required. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for management of the College IT service desk including triaging, resolving, and if necessary, escalation of issues
- Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues within a timely manner
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services
- Provide technical advice regarding ICT hardware and software / services
- Assist with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and the onboarding / offboarding of staff and students
- Monitor compliant usage of student devices
- Ensuring compliance with Brisbane Catholic Education guidelines
