HLTA - Hatfield

A supportive primary school in Hatfield is looking for a confident HLTA to join their team. This is a long-term role with the potential to continue into the new academic year.

The role:

  • Leading small-group interventions across KS1 and KS2

  • Providing whole-class cover when required (planned and last-minute)

  • Supporting pupils with mixed abilities, including some with SEND

  • Working closely with class teachers to raise attainment and maintain strong progress

  • What they're looking for:

  • HLTA qualification or strong TA background with proven cover experience

  • Someone confident delivering pre-planned lessons

  • Calm, reliable and able to build positive relationships quickly

  • A proactive approach and strong communication skills

  • Pay: £100-£120 per day (experience dependent) Start: ASAP
