Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Watford

Are you a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to support students' learning in a vibrant school setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to join our school in Watford and make a positive impact on students' educational experiences.

About the Role:

  • Provide support across classes, working with small groups and individual students
  • Lead classroom activities and support the teacher in lesson delivery
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning interventions
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development in a positive environment

    • Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role in an educational setting
  • Strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to learning support
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience preferred
