General Selection Criteria
Specific Selection Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the teacher training and academic qualification requirements for this position. In addition to the general selection criteria:
Skills and experience in teaching Stage 6 Engineering Studies, Enterprise Computing and/or Food Technology.
Expertise in leading the development and implementation of high-quality Technological and Applied Studies (TAS) programs, resources and assessment practices that engage and challenge high potential and gifted learners.
Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and high-expectation faculty culture that advances student engagement, creativity and innovation through STEM-related initiatives.
Demonstrated capacity to effectively contribute as a member of the school’s executive leadership team, driving strategic directions and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture that aligns with the broader school vision and goals.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
