Position Information
Prairiewood High School is a Year 7 to 12 comprehensive, co–educational and partially academically selective school of 1300 students. The school caters for a diverse student population with 1% of Aboriginal students and 87% of students from a wide range of non–English speaking backgrounds, including over 100 refugee students. The school has four Special Education classes. There are 60 academically selective students in each year group. The school is committed to extending its students within a culture that values excellence in teaching and learning; offers students and staff rich and innovative opportunities for learning and leadership, and actively promotes wellbeing and positive relationships. Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
