A proportion of the school's equity funding will be used to support initiatives developed in the School Excellence Plan (2022-2026). The school is committed to continually improving effective classroom practices, underpinned by high-impact professional learning. Staff professional learning will ensure that the explicit teaching of literacy and numeracy skills can be enhanced through improved data collection, analysis, and use. This underpins our belief in individualised and differentiated learning.
There will also be a focus on NAPLAN and Higher School Certificate performance, including a strategic focus on the deeper analysis and use of data to develop both individual and group support programs.

Specific Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively as a member of the school executive team to plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives that drive excellence in learning, teaching, and leading.
2. Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills with a capacity to build productive teams and support the varied professional learning needs within the faculty.
3. Expert knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and data analysis to lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning programs and high-quality assessment to improve student outcomes
4. Proven capacity to establish a high expectations culture, through the implementation of quality systems and processes to promote student engagement and success in learning.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
