Position Information
Georges River College Peakhurst Campus is a co-educational middle school campus, which caters for students in Year 7 to Year 10. We are part of a multi-campus collegiate with three middle years 7-10 campuses (GRC Hurstville, GRC Peakhurst and GRC Penshurst) and one senior campus years 11 and 12 (GRC Oatley).
GRC Peakhurst Campus has an enrolment of 750 students and includes a support unit for students with autism, moderate intellectual and physical disabilities. The student body consists of 58% of students Language Background other than English and 4% of students from an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background.

- Capacity to lead curriculum planning, development, implementation and review, to meet the diverse learning needs of all students
- Evidence of highly developed organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead, manage and inspire a collaborative faculty team, with high expectations for teaching and learning
- Ability to work as a collaborative executive member with shared responsibility for leading whole school improvement processes that align with the school's strategic directions
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
