Your opportunity:

  • Lead and coordinate inclusive education programs - Manage the delivery of high-quality advice, support and targeted programs through the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program to meet the diverse needs of students with disability.
  • Provide expert guidance and reasonable adjustments - Support school leaders, teachers and staff to identify student needs, develop effective reasonable adjustments, and implement inclusive teaching and learning practices that promote positive outcomes.
  • Coordinate targeted intervention and case management - Lead intensive, targeted teaching and coordinate case management for students requiring substantial or extensive adjustments, ensuring individual needs are effectively identified, monitored and supported.
  • Strengthen professional collaboration and partnerships - Support staff to access specialist services, professional learning and external expertise, while building strong partnerships with families, government agencies and community organisations to enhance student support.
  • Drive effective systems, data and resource management - Contribute to school decision-making and strategic planning, implement systems to monitor student progress and disability adjustments, coordinate NCCD processes, and manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources effectively.
