Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- To lead, guide and support inclusive education practices across the school, including oversight and management of a team of inclusion teachers and teacher aides.
- Provide high quality advice to the school leadership team, classroom teachers and other school staff to develop, plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
- Coordinate and provide intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
- Provide, support and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial adjustments.

The Perfect Fit:
- Must have: An understanding of and experience in inclusion, which may have been built in a role as an inclusion teacher or similar position.
- Prepared to work as part of a collaborative leadership team to drive the school's improvement agenda.
- Nice to have: Previous experience and success working in a Head of Special Education Services role and line managing a team.
