The Head of Senior School reports to the Deputy Principal and serves as a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for the academic, pastoral and operational leadership of Years 7–12.
The Head of Senior School provides visible, values-aligned leadership to ensure a cohesive, high-performing and deeply relational Senior School. Leading a team of committed educators, the role champions academic rigour, pastoral care and student voice, while overseeing the daily operations, assemblies, major events and wellbeing frameworks that shape student experience. Grounded in Christian faith and modelling integrity, humility and service, the successful candidate will build staff capacity through coaching and professional growth, partner authentically with families, and steward a culture where students are resilient, resourceful, reflective and relational.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Model exemplary pedagogical practice aligned with the teaching and learning framework.
- Model and articulate Christian beliefs, actively contributing to the spiritual life of the School.
- Build strong, authentic partnerships with students, families, and a diverse regional community.
- Mentor and develop staff through the Plan 4 Growth model.
- Translate strategic priorities into effective, well-sequenced Senior School operations.
Offered as a full-time ongoing executive position, and commencing by start of Term 3, 2026, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold, or be eligible for, NSW teacher accreditation and relevant child protection clearances.
