About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the school community to develop and commit to a shared, future-focused vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as an ethical, values-based role and embed socially just practices in everyday school life.
- Set and maintain high standards for student achievement, staff performance, and professional practice.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry and business.
- Manage resources strategically, informed by relevant legislation and policy, while engaging in ongoing professional learning.
