Key Selection Criteria
- A passion for literature and a talent for inspiring students to develop a love of learning through innovative, creative, and engaging teaching practices.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative culture within the English faculty.
- Commitment to ongoing personal and staff professional growth, actively engaging with current educational research and best practices.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate innovative teaching programs that cater to a diverse range of student needs.
- Evidence of success in improving student engagement and achievement in English, including HSC results and other key performance indicators.
- A clear commitment to upholding the Christian values and ethos of the school, with a passion for contributing positively to the school community.
