About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and championing a shared educational vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Promote an inclusive and equitable culture by embedding socially just practices and ensuring high expectations for student and staff performance.
- Lead continuous improvement and professional growth through lifelong learning, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
- Build strong partnerships and networks with students, families, government agencies and community organisations to support positive educational outcomes.
- Drive future-focused planning and effective governance by applying relevant legislation and policies and strategically managing human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve school goals.
