About the Role:

You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of high quality accessible educational programs, advice and support.
  • Lead and manage the Special Education supports for staff across the school, providing advice to classroom teachers and or, other school staff to develop, plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
  • Co-ordinate and provide intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
  • Provide support and/or co-ordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial adjustments.
  • Support classroom teachers and other school staff to access departmental or other external specialist services, professional development and supports as needed.
  • Lead behaviour management processes for students with a disability.

These are Temporary Part-time roles of 25 hours per fortnight, or 0.5FTE, commencing 23 January 2025 to 27 June 2025, unless otherwise determined.
