About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve student achievement, attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, with a strong focus on equity and success for all learners.
- Drive data-informed practice by monitoring student performance, coordinating intervention strategies, preparing reports, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Build staff capability by providing leadership, resources, and guidance to school leaders and teachers to strengthen student outcomes and attendance practices.
- Develop strong partnerships with students, families, community organisations, higher education providers, businesses, and external agencies to support student engagement, successful transitions, and holistic wellbeing.
- Provide effective operational leadership by managing departmental resources, ensuring compliance with legislation and departmental policies, and embedding inclusive, socially just practices across the school.
