Who We Are:
As a new school we are expecting approximately 440 students next year and then growing rapidly towards 2400 students.

This vacancy is a rare opportunity for a passionate, empathetic and enthusiastic student, staff and community leader to be a key contributor to the establishment of an effective school culture that focusses on learning.
As the school grows each year, you will be required to ensure that students are able to transition to senior secondary pathways of choice and be “Ready for the Future”.
- You will be a contributing member of the foundation curriculum, teaching and learning team and add value to the evolution of the school as it grows and develops over time.
- Facilitating the development of an expert teaching team across the school through focussing on robust and effective classroom management practices and localised tier 1 supports will result in a positive classroom environment and school culture.
- In addition, you will be required to work collaboratively with local primary schools to build on existing practices, cater for the needs of adolescent learners and ensure that the transition from primary school to secondary school is as seamless as possible and that the outcomes as described in “On Track for Success” are achieved.

The Perfect Fit:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills will be essential in building the capacity of onsite educators and other staff to ensure that a positive school culture is created and maintained.
- The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience with the creation and implementation of sustainable tier 2 and 3 programs / practices.
- It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be able facilitate / case manage individual / groups of students through early intervention to ensure that students remain engaged with their learning programs, utilising a range of department and non-departmental third party resources and organisations.
